Curtis McClamrock, a partner at Lamroc & Associates, brings over 35 years of exceptional experience in sales and marketing, operations, and leadership. His journey is a testament to the power of mentorship and his dedication to paying it forward through coaching and mentoring others. From a young age, Curtis exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit, starting his hustle by washing cars, mowing grass, and selling candy at school. At just 14 1/2, he secured his first W2 job and never looked back. Curtis' career trajectory took him through Walmart's management program during his college years, and he has since held pivotal roles in small family-owned businesses, private equity-owned firms, and publicly held Fortune 100 companies. Curtis believes in the philosophy that everyone is leading, and sometimes the best leaders are those who lead up. Having held positions ranging from sales clerk to CEO, he understands that all roles ultimately revolve around people. He often emphasizes, "we have to go slow to go fast," advocating for a balanced approach that ensures progress without losing traction. As a Certified Coach from Coach Training.
