About Curtis
I never finished college.
What I learned instead was this — never stop learning.
Walmart taught me that early. Constant change meant constant growth or you fell behind. I chose growth. Thirty years later I still haven't stopped.
I worked my way from the sales floor through management, eventually leading a $150M company as CEO. I've built businesses, invested in people, made mistakes, rebuilt, and figured things out the hard way so others don't have to.
That's what I do now.
I help leaders gain clarity. Not just in business — in life. Because clarity is what allows you to lead better, decide better and live better. And leadership isn't a title. It starts with how you lead yourself.
I've been formally certified as a coach for two years. But I've been doing this work my entire career.
